BACKGROUND

Byeong-Soo Bae received his B. Eng. of Inorganic Materials Eneering at KAIST from 1994 to 1999 and has been an Associate professor since 2000. His current research interests include sol-gel materials and processing for application of integrated micro-optical system and sol-gel inorganic-organic hybrid functional coatings. In addition to active research on sol-gel processing, he is working on new thin films of chemical vapor deposition for microelectronic application as well as glass science.
