The universal power supply for smart windows has been designed for use with tungsten oxide electrochromic cells. The device provides positive and negative voltages required for switching operation of the smart windows; a precision timer ensures uniform colouration and bleaching performance. Short circuit protection is realized by integrated current overload limitation. Both colouration and bleaching states are indicated by blue and white light emitting diodes.

Connect the mains transformer and the smart window with the plugs on the back side of the universal power supply. The mains transformer operates on 220 Volts AC only.

For colouration of the smart window please actuate the rocker switch on the front panel in the direction of the blue light emitting diode. The electronic timer will terminate the colouration mode automatically after five minutes of operation.
