DESCRIPTION
Recently we have
developed dip coating instrument for preparation of
sol-gel thin films. We have coated the films on glass
substrates and studied their spectral properties.
We achieved very
good results. However we wish to apply the coatings on
Bare and coated silicon solar cells to study the
efficiency
and other Photovoltaic characteristics.
STATUS:
We need
collaboration of some established institutes or research
group in this field or financial support for the
development of the PV characterization facility in our laboratory.
