DESCRIPTION
I require
an AR coating material and application method for the
backside of silicon ICs, to minimize reflections in the
900-1300 nm range. I can provide samples and engineering
constraints. Assuming feasibility and reasonable
likelihood of a solution exists, funding may be available.
All leading edge semiconductor manufacturers have a need
for such a system as an alternative to expensive vacuum
based deposition systems. A number of analytical tools for
ICs are now dependent on such a coating.
STATUS:
Have samples and
engineering constraints. Need someone to determine
feasibility.
