DESCRIPTION
Berkley Lab
has developed a breakthrough, low temperature process that
uses an energetic plasma of a reducing gas to modify
existing inorganic aerogels. Applications of the
technology includes: Advanced composites materials, Fast
IC's, Energy storage devices and Optical sensors
