can anyone descibe the process to use to prepare TiO2 thin films by sol-gel then qpin coating method.
I have Titanium isopropoxide as precursor, 1-propanol as solvant. and a spin coating machine.
I need the amount of each element and the details.
if anyone have any papers relating to this subject, I"ll be very grateful if you send.
