Dear all.

I don't know how to use. so can you show me the way to use this forum? Anh then, i need a help.

I'm working about nikel hydroxide sol gel. I have litter information about it. Can  you help me a process to prepar it from nikel nitrat and citric acide?

i'm looking forward to receive some answers.

howdy

Nickel is tricky to get into a sol-gel solution.  I'd suggest the nickel 2,4-pentanedione salt as a starting point.  It forms relatively stable solutions.  I have never had success using nickel nitrate as a starting material.  Alot of water in it which is bad for the solution.
