use CTAB/n-octane/n-butanol to form a inversion microemulsion. when distilled water is added, perfect microemulsion can be got, but if solution I(0.01mol/l barium nitrate and 0.12 ferrite nitrate) or solution II(0.19mol/l ammonium carbonate) is added, i cannot get transparent microemulsion at any ratio. The solution is opaque.

please tell me why??
